Hello everyone,
After my last post a couple of days ago, I thought I would add some more information to it, so people can get a gist of what the workshop day will be about.... so here goes...
Ok, I have made coloured pictures of the 14 chakras which are named and give you the information on what each chakra is called and what it means plus, they are in the correct location on the body so you cant miss them...
I always tell people to talk the names, colours and locations of the chakras into a recorder, so you dont have to read out by looking at the diagram or try and follow the pictures of words on the paperwork you will be given....
Once you have recorded it for yourself, everytime you want to meditate, relax or upgrade yourselves you simply turn on your own recording, lay back and follow the instructions you have made on your devices... simple... but very useful no matter where you may be when you want to do it.
I even know people that have gone on walks to the beach or into the bush and found a nice place to lay or sit down and play the recording from their phones.... being in nature also adds to your experience and wellbeing.... You will also get to take home, the typed up notes, so you can read them again and again at your own leisure and when you feel the need to upgrade yourselves in anyway....
After a while and you have gotten used to working with the 14 chakras and know the colours, names and places of them in your own body....
When this happens, you may also wish to UPGRADE even further, to open up 28 chakras...
The more you learn to open up, the more you will gain from it... we are keeping the Spiritual body healthy so the physical body eventually stops becoming sluggish, painful or ill in anyway....
Our Spiritual bodies can and do so much more for us, than either you know or believe or have been told...
We are all our own walking pharmacies, we just have to believe it, then know how to do it and look after ourselves better...
So the workshops that have been created for you, will really open you up to understanding so much more about your own body and what you can actually do for yourselves and perhaps others as well.....
