Morning 🌅🌲

I took a walk through the forest this week to clear the busy noise of the administrative world out of my head. In the quiet of the trees, this poem channeled straight through me. So often, we get caught up trying to micromanage the 3D tiles of our lives, forgetting to step back and trust the waving flow of the present moment.

I am giving the overthinking back to the earth today. If your head is feeling a bit buzzing this morning, take a slow breath, slide your shoes off, and let this forest path wash through your nervous system. It will all work out somehow.
