I'd really recommend is going on an escorted tour rather than doing it solo. You genuinely make lifelong friends with the people you travel with — there's something about going through it together that creates a real bond. Plus you don't have to stress about the language barrier, getting lost, or figuring out logistics in a country you don't know. It's just so much nicer having someone experienced with you the whole way, especially when you're already feeling a bit vulnerable post-surgery.

What an incredible morning with the team at IndiCure! 🎉
We had the absolute privilege of sharing a beautiful cultural session celebrating Kiwi culture and the richness of te ao Māori!
The amazing Hope took the team on a journey through Māori history, sharing the significance of Moko Kauae and giving a wonderful overview of Te Tiriti o Waitangi — powerful, meaningful and so important for everyone to understand.
We explored tikanga, the concept of Haka, and the warmth of Whanaungatanga, and the IndiCure whānau even learned some welcoming words in Te Reo Māori — and they absolutely loved it! 🙌
Hope wrapped up the day beautifully with a waiata, treating everyone to the beloved Pōkarekare Ana — such a stunning way to close out the session! 🎶
It was such a joy to see the IndiCure team embrace our culture with such open hearts and genuine curiosity. This is exactly why we do what we do!

Never let it be said that I don’t practice what I preach!
I knew I had a cavity that needed attention, so yesterday I took the plunge and had a root canal — and let me tell you, it was an experience worth sharing!

45 minutes, a few injections, and absolutely ZERO pain. I’m not even kidding — totally painless! The job was absolutely amazing.

And the best part? All for just NZ$238 for a root canal!!!

If you’ve been putting off that dreaded dental visit… consider this your sign!

What an incredible day yesterday!
We had the most amazing “big reveal” as all of our beautiful clients had their stitches removed — and what a moment it was!
We’re talking incredible transformations… breasts reduced from a double G down to a C cup, tummies flatter than they’ve been in years, beautifully lifted faces, and those dreaded arm wings? Gone — replaced with slender, confident arms!
And it doesn’t stop there — we also had some of our orthopaedic clients walking freely and independently after their hip and knee replacements. Watching someone walk without pain when they couldn’t before? There are no words.
We wish we could share photos but we absolutely respect and protect our clients’ privacy — just trust us when we say the smiles in that room said it all!
Every single person is over the moon with their results and that, right there, is why we do what we do.

What an incredible few days it’s been. The surgeries have been nothing short of miraculous — one of our ladies had a new hip and was walking around completely unaided just two days later, her face just full of pure joy. No pain after what I can only imagine has been such a long time. Those are the moments that stop you in your tracks and remind you why it all matters.
The monsoons have well and truly arrived now. We had just over a week of the most gorgeous dry weather — perfect timing as it turned out — but the last three days have brought the rain. And honestly? With the rain comes the most incredible colour everywhere you look. There’s something almost magical about it.
I suppose that’s life, isn’t it. The dry spells, the storms, and then suddenly everything bursts into colour again. Feeling very grateful today.
