I’m back! 🏡
I’ll be getting back in the studio this week! & hope you’re ready to join me!

A massive thank you to Liane and Nadine & everyone who joined them over the last few weeks.
Liane will be taking a few weeks off now, so no Saturday classes until the 12th July.

Nadine is here for her last day tomorrow before her & her husband relocate to the beautiful Nelson area. 🥲 So instead of Reformer tomorrow morning we will continue with two classes with Nadine;
6.45am Vinyasa
9am Yin Yoga

Pilates!….we are back tomorrow 5.15pm on our mats, you know the drill! X

I know they might not be your usual classes or usual days,
but these offerings might just add a little softness, grounding, or steadiness to your week 🤍

A few little reminders:
• Please make sure your concession cards and payments are up to date
• Introduce yourself to your teacher and let her know your name
• Mats are available if you need one
• these classes are included in your reformer superstar memberships (I’ll miss our twice weekly meetings but hope these help to keep you moving and/or grounded.)

Strong legs and shapes
Steady breath.
Mostly familiar postures approached with a little more awareness and a little less rush.
