Healing isn’t always loud
Sometimes healing is subtle
It can look like sleeping better, breathing easier, feeling lighter in the body, or finally allowing yourself time to slow down.
Not every step of healing is dramatic or immediate. Often, it happens quietly, through rest, support, connection, and giving the body space to release what it has been carrying.
Through mirimiri and rongoā, we honour healing in all its forms, no matter how big or small.
