We’re Hiring: Cafe Supervisor at Maygrove Village, Orewa
Our café The Landing Café is the heart of Maygrove, a place where residents, their families and the local community come together. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Supervisor to lead it.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Leading and rostering the café team
✅ Building great relationships with our residents
✅ Managing stock, ordering and suppliers
✅ Leading from the front, whether that’s on the coffee machine or in the kitchen
What you’ll bring:
🔹 3+ years in a hospitality supervisory or management role
🔹 Barista, cash handling and POS skills
🔹 Experience with stock control and budgets
🔹 A Basic Food Hygiene certificate (or equivalent)
🔹 Availability to work Saturdays
Full time - Orewa, Hibiscus Coast
