25.Feb.23 I was told I had the CHD1 gene and I needed my stomach removed to stop me from getting Gastric Cancer.

Before my operation on the 21.Nov.23 there were a few big things that happened for me.

April I lessened to my tūpuna and my Moko Kauae was revealed.

Then throughout the rest of the year I attended Healing Aotearoa Honohono Tahi, Rua, Toru and Wha wānanga.

The wānanga gave me a more in-depth understanding of myself both as a vessel for healing and who I am.

I learnt my tinana had energy blockages which were from trauma of mine and of my tūpuna and how that was effecting me. These blockages could be pin pointed to when in my life these trauma happened or if they belonged to whānau.

I learnt that tūpuna trauma/emotions were stuck in my stomach and weren't allowing me to be free. I believe it was also one of the reasons I needed my stomach removed and why I had gastric cancer.

Honohono allowed me to feel my own emotions and process them in a much deeper level. I then could remove those blockages in my wairua, tinana and hinengaro therefore removing from whānau past and present.

I also gained like minded friendships at the Honohono wānanga. Who has helped me throughout my healing by sending loving and healing energy to me.

Tonight is the last of the Snake and the last 9 year cycle.
