I am a qualified massage therapist completed my qualifications in 2021 at Australian Institute of Fitness. I am fascinated by the body and how it functions, this has driven me to dive into learning more about how our bodies move and how to treat the body to be at it

s peak performance. I have experience working with sporting teams as a sports trainer as well as clients from all walks of life whether it's for a relaxation massage, deep tissue or a more tailored treatment. I have a passion in aiding clients to peak health and wellness.

⏰ Important Update – This Week ⏰

Just a reminder that I’ll be transitioning to mobile massage very soon.

If you’d like to be part of mobile massage and haven’t already registered your interest, please message me today, as I’ll be finalising my schedule and routes this week.

Going forward, sessions will be 60 minutes at $100.

If mobile massage isn’t suitable for you, I’ll also be offering one clinic day per week, which is still to be confirmed.

✨ Business Update ✨

Due to a few personal reasons, as of the 4th of May I’ll be leaving the shop space. I’ll be taking a 2 week break and when I return, I’ll be transitioning to mobile massage, with the possibility of one clinic day per week (still to be confirmed).

Moving forward:
• 60-minute sessions only
• $100 per session
• Booking app removed
• Reduced social media activity
• Bookings via message only

If you’d like to be part of the mobile massage, please message me to register your interest. Details to come over the next week or so as to what this new transition will look like. I also ask for patience as I navigate these changes!

I want to put something out there clearly and respectfully.
Please respect my time, my business hours, and my boundaries.

If I message you about appointments, please reply — even if it’s just a yes or no. This helps me manage my schedule and offer spaces fairly to other clients.

If I say I am not working, I am not working.
Please don’t continue to message or push for appointments outside of this. I won’t be making exceptions.

I also need to be clear that inappropriate comments, unprofessional messages, or unnecessary personal contact are not acceptable. I am here to provide professional wellness services in a safe, respectful environment — for my clients and for myself.

If these boundaries are not respected, I will remove you from my client list and you will no longer be able to book with me.

These expectations aren’t about being harsh — they are about protecting my wellbeing, maintaining professionalism, and making sure I can continue to show up fully and provide the highest quality care to those who respect my space and my work.

✨ A Little About Me ✨

Hey everyone, I’m Tiarnah, the face (and hands!) behind Peak Recovery & Wellness.

I started this business from a passion for helping others feel their best — whether that’s through massage, recovery, or simply giving people a space to slow down, heal, and breathe. Wellness has always been such an important part of my life, and I’m so grateful I get to share that with others every day.

Alongside running Peak Recovery & Wellness, I’m also a first-time mum to this beautiful little girl — my miracle baby who wasn’t supposed to be possible. Becoming her mum has changed my world completely and taught me a new level of strength, balance, and gratitude.

Some days it’s a juggle — running a business, being a mum, and trying to keep everything in between flowing. So if I ever need to reschedule or adjust appointments, please know it’s never an easy choice. I love what I do, and I care deeply about my clients — but sometimes I need to pause, reset, or tend to my little one so I can keep showing up fully for you all.

I’m so thankful for every single person who supports me, my family, and this little dream of mine. Your patience, understanding, and loyalty mean the absolute world. 💛
