It’s hard to believe that a whole year ago we opened our doors for the first time and welcomed our very first client🥹

What an incredible year it has been, I have nothing but gratitude to each and every one of my Titan Physio fam, who have trusted me with their pain, injuries and to get them back on track as soon as possible, it’s a privilege to be apart of your journey🫶🏻

Fun fact, this is a board you can see outside most Fire stations in New Zealand, it recognises those awesome employers who employ volunteers and support their cause to respond to their communities 💪🏻😎

Without these incredible employers, we wouldn’t have a fraction of the volunteers responding to serve our community when it matters the most 🙏🏻

Titan Physio is proud to support this, and seeing as I am a solo business owner, it’s my clients who I need to thank the most 🥰 Those that have been so understanding and cheered me on as im heading out the door to do something I love doing.

THANK YOU to each one of our incredible volunteers🫶🏻🔥

Being a volunteer means so much more than giving up hours of time for training nights, weekend courses, time away from our day jobs and family, long hours on the job and calls 24hours around the clock.

It means supporting our community and being the best we can be, when our community needs us the most.

We take pride in what we do, all while having a bit of fun at the same time🤩

So here’s to all our volunteers, employers that support them and their families, we thank you for your continued support🔥❤️

🐾 URGENT: Thick Blankets & Sheets Needed! 🐾

With winter approaching, recent bad weather, and our kennels currently full, our dogs are in urgent need of thick blankets and sheets to help keep them warm, dry, and comfortable. 🐶💙

If you have any spare blankets or sheets at home (any size is appreciated!), please consider donating them as soon as possible. These items make a huge difference in helping animals stay warm and comfortable while they wait for their forever homes.

Drop-off hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am–3pm
📌 Please note: We are closed this weekend and Monday due to ANZAC.

This weekend I was lucky enough to compete at the UFBA firefighters challenge 🔥

I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported me, especially for being so generous in assisting my training needs and putting up with me doing crazy stuff in the gym , you guys are awesome! 🫶🏻💪🏻

Take home message from this, if you’re going to do crazy things, here at Titan we are all for it 😝 just make sure you have the best physio on hand to put you back together again👋🏻😎
