Spring is here! 🌸

As winter winds down, it's the perfect time to check in with your body.

During this time of year we see a pattern emerge in clinic as many of us start to think about spring and summer activities. We spent more time in the garden, we start moving more, and young athletes jump into a new sport as the winter season ends.

Small aches and pains can begin to creep in. Most of the injuries we see this time of year have been building up gradually. If they're picked up early, they're often much easier to treat.

Her favourite part of being an osteopath is helping patients, of all ages, get back to doing what they love. Kathryn enjoys living semi-rurally, walking her dog, baking, cooking, and driving her two amazing kids to their various after school activities 💃
