There are plenty of things that can influence how your body feels when you wake up, including:

✔️ Your sleeping position
✔️ Your mattress and pillow support
✔️ Muscle tension
✔️ How much you’ve been moving

A little team update 🤍

At the start of October, we’ll be saying goodbye to Dr Ross, who will be finishing up his time with us here at Chiropractic HQ and making the move to the sunny Hawkes Bay, to start an exciting new chapter with his family.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything Ross has brought to the practice and for the care, laughs and good energy he has shared with our team and community along the way.

Ross’ final day in practice will be Friday 2nd October but until then it’s business as usual, so don’t hesitate to drop in for an adjustment with Ross before then. 🗓️

Following his departure, Ross’ existing practice members will continue to be supported by Dr Ryan and Dr Georgia, ensuring a seamless transition.✨
