That little lump on your wrist that just won’t go away…

You bump it on the bench. It gets sore when you type. Some days it’s barely noticeable, other days it’s puffy and tender and makes holding a mug or picking up your kids feel awkward.
And when you Google it, it’s always “ganglion cyst” and the options feel either “wait and see” or “surgery.”

You know that moment when your mum says, “I’ve been told my bones are getting fragile”… and you just freeze for a second?

That’s what happened to a client who came to see Jasvir at Harmony Homeopathy recently. After a DEXA scan, she was worried about osteoporosis and didn’t want to just wait and see. She was looking for gentle ways to support her bone health alongside her GP’s advice.

We often talk about the Banerji Protocol approach in clinic because many people ask for homeopathic support that’s been used traditionally for bone wellbeing. The two remedies commonly discussed are:
*Calcarea Phosphorica 3X* — twice a day
*Symphytum 200* — twice a day

It’s usually taken for a few months, or until the next DEXA scan, as part of an overall plan that also includes diet, movement, and vitamin D/calcium from food.

Jasvir’s approach is “healing from within” — looking at the person, not just the scan result. That means checking nutrition, lifestyle, and whether the person is anemic or low on key nutrients too.

What a spectacular two days it was at the NZCH “Back to Source” Conference (20–21 June 2026) — beautifully organized by Leila Joffe and Gwyneth Evans, and graciously hosted by Jude Henry.

With 85 homeopaths from across New Zealand and Australia, the energy was electric — a true celebration of belonging, learning, and connection.Each presentation felt like a doorway into deeper understanding:

●Gwyneth Evans reminded us of our roots — the wisdom of our homeopathic ancestors.
●Ann Gulley expanded our minds with the Lanthanides stream and a moving MS case study.
●Shona Grundy made us rethink the sacredness of Source Water.
●Vanessa Young inspired with her unexpected science
story — proof that curiosity fuels healing.
●Leila Joffe took us on a soulful journey with Cedar of Lebanon, while Alice Kleinsman showed how art and colour can access healing insight.
●Jeremy Sherr closed the day reminding us to always return to the Organon — our compass.
●Kaylene Henderson opened Sunday with Wisdom in the Womb, connecting epigenetics and homeopathy
●Claire Bleakley shared a touching case of childhood anxiety — a reminder of gentle healing

Our Free Homeopathy Awareness Camp at Wellington Gurudwara Sahib on 7th June (12–2 PM) turned into a beautiful, heart‑warming afternoon of service.
Because of the overwhelming turnout, the camp continued until 3:15 PM, and we were grateful for every moment.

✨ Over 30 personalised consultations were completed
✨ One month of homeopathic remedies was provided with care
✨ People from all age groups came with trust, curiosity, and hope

Harmony Homeopathy feels deeply connected to the community, and we want this awareness to reach every whānau, including our Māori community and other cultural groups across Aotearoa.
