With exciting expansion plans underway at ReDefined, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Pilates to help lead our movement offering at a national level.
This role will involve:
• Teaching Reformer Pilates classes
• Mentoring and developing instructors
• Pilates programming and class design
• Helping shape the future direction and growth of Reformer Pilates within ReDefined
We’re looking for someone with strong coaching skills, leadership qualities, creativity, and a genuine passion for movement and community.

We are stoked to announce a brand new class launching this Friday!

FUSION STRENGTH is where two of our most popular training styles collide: Reformer Pilates and Strength Training.

This dynamic full-body class begins with a 25-minute Reformer Pilates flow designed to mobilise, energise and strengthen the body, while improving core control, stability and movement quality.

The second half shifts into a powerful strength-based workout combining supersets, triple sets and drop sets to challenge muscular endurance, build strength and elevate your heart rate.

Expect a high-energy session that blends control with intensity, leaving you feeling strong, challenged and empowered”

We would love to invite all of our members to a special Yoga Morning this Sunday, 24th May from 8AM–11AM, celebrating the completion of our 30 Days to Mindfulness Challenge.

This beautiful 3-hour experience will guide you through a journey of movement, mindfulness, breath and nervous system restoration with four of our incredible teachers:

✨ Marina
Breathwork, grounding meditation, core activation & Sun Salutations

✨ Penelope
An invigorating flowing practice

✨ Maki
A mindful Japanese Zen-inspired session to slow down and reconnect

✨ Natalja
A nourishing nervous system regulation practice & long relaxing savasana

Afterwards, we’ll come together for a beautiful morning tea to connect, celebrate and acknowledge everyone for showing up for themselves throughout this season.

This event is open to all members, regardless of whether you completed the challenge or not.

Spaces are limited and booking is essential so we can cater accordingly. Please secure your spot via the Redefined app under our class schedule.
