Born and raised right here in Pāpāmoa 🌊, Az is currently studying in the USA 🇺🇸 on a scholarship, working towards a marketing degree while competing in cross country and track 🏃‍♂️🏅.

A long-time sauna enthusiast, Az knows firsthand the benefits of regular sauna sessions for recovery, performance, mental wellbeing, and simply taking time to reset 🧖‍♂️✨. But for him, it’s not just about the heat — it’s about the people, the conversations, and the community that comes with it 🤝❤️.

You’ll now find Az as the face of our Thursday Sauna Sessions in Pāpāmoa, bringing great energy, good vibes, and a warm welcome to everyone who joins us! 🔥🙌

Hey! I’m Elly, a free-spirited, beach-loving gal ☀️ Originally from Sydney, but lucky enough to grow up here in beautiful Tauranga 🌴

I’m so excited to be the new Sunday Arvo Sauna Master in Pāpāmoa and Monday morning Sauna Master in Ōmanu 🔥❄️

With 16 years experience in the health & fitness industry, I’ve explored all kinds of wellness spaces — especially the sauna and cold plunge world 🧊🔥 I absolutely love connecting with people, hearing their stories, and creating spaces where community can thrive 🫶

Meet our new Saturday morning Sauna Master — Flyn 🔥🙌

Hi! I’m Flyn 👋 Current college student + competitive swimmer 🏊‍♂️
Most of my week is basically training, studying, eating, sleeping… then doing it all again 😅 You’ll also probably catch me at the beach 🌊

I’ve been coming to The Sauna Project Pāpāmoa for the last 18 months and it’s honestly become one of my favourite parts of the week — good for recovery, clearing the head, and just feeling better overall 🔥🧊

The vibe and community at The Sauna Project Pāpāmoa are unreal 🤙 Every Monday from 5–6pm you’ll usually find me either sweating in the sauna or sending it on the boogie board out in the ocean 🌊😂

Always keen for a yarn, meeting new people, hearing random stories, or making terrible jokes 😎 So come say hi
