We hear it from members all the time — and it makes complete sense.

Pilates builds the kind of strength that actually shows up in your everyday life. Stronger core. Better posture. Less back pain. More ease in your body.

Our classes are:
- Mat-based — no reformer needed
- Suitable for all fitness levels
- Modified for injuries and pregnancy
- Personal enough that you're never just a number

If your back has been grumbling, if you sit at a desk all day, or if you've just been curious — this is your sign.

Four weeks. Four things that will change how you move — and how you feel.

Here's what every class in our Yoga Beginners Course includes:
- Postures (asana) — building strength, improving mobility, always at your pace
- Breathwork (pranayama) — simple techniques to shift your mood and soothe your nervous system
- Meditation — accessible mindfulness, often lying down (yes, really)
- Relaxation — because most of us have genuinely forgotten how. We think that matters.

By the end, you'll have everything you need to join a regular class — or practise from your living room.

Our Winter Solstice eve class is filling up — have you grabbed your spot yet?

Release & Renew is a 90-minute practice of somatic movement, vinyasa, yin and breathwork — designed to help you let go of what's stagnant and welcome in what's next.

It's a donation class, with all proceeds going to Women's Refuge. Minimum $20.

The secret to actually showing up for yourself?

Making it easy.

We talk to so many people who want to move more but keep 'not getting around to it.' Sound familiar?

Here's what actually works:
- Book the class before your week starts
- Lay your yoga bag out the night before
- Come with a friend — accountability is everything
- Start with 1 class a week, not 5
- Be honest about when YOU have energy (not when Instagram says you should)

Movement doesn't have to be hard to be meaningful. Even 45 mins of Yoga on a Sunday evening counts.

Our Yoga Beginners Course is four gentle, guided weeks where you'll learn the real fundamentals of a yoga practice: postures that build strength without strain, breathwork that actually calms your nervous system, meditation you'll look forward to, and the art of proper relaxation.

Yin Yoga is the antidote to a busy life. Long, slow holds. Deep connective tissue release. A whole hour to breathe, be still, and actually restore.
