Golden Bay ConTact C.A.R.E

My name is Greg Jamieson.
I live in Collingwood, Golden Bay, and am an ex-dairy farmer myself.
After growing up and working as a dairy farmer and horseman for many years, I retired as a dairy farmer in the early 2000s.
Since then I have been working as a ConTact C.A.R.E Practitioner and instructor, working with and experiencing this method for 20 years now working mostly in the North Island of NZ as well as time in Australia , U.K. and Europe both practicing and teaching prior to moving to Golden Bay in early 2025.
With calving, and the new season upon us, now is the time to address all those farmer's niggles, aches and pains or injuries that just haven't settled over the winter break, BEFORE they become a much bigger issue and before you get too busy to have time to do anything about them!
ConTact C.A.R.E is a practical commonsense approach to working with pain and discomfort to help settle or resolve those injuries, both old and new.
Don't be fooled that these pains and injuries are something you just have to learn to live with or that it's because of your age!
If you feel like you have tried everything yet nothing seems to help or last, or tried nothing , tried to ignore it and it hasn't gone away, its because the true cause may not yet have been addressed, and the injuries are embedded deep within the structure of the bone.
ConTact C.A.R.E recognizes this by
your bodies structural responses, that reveal exactly the injury patterns we are dealing with, where the problems lie , the true cause ( trapped pressure) - of the cause ( structural counterbalance reactions ) - of the effect ( pain ) as well as the answers on how to resolve them.

It doesnt matter if its been there for days, weeks, months , or years, I can still help improve balance and movement that allows your body to move with more freedom and less stress and effort, away from pain and toward healing itself through movement
, all while you are still working.
Once the pressure has been located and released, the issues can only then begin to resolve themselves, mostly without the need for rest.
This often negates the need for many ongoing treatments for the same issue, once the true cause is revealed.
A farmer can only truly recover on the move as at this time of the year, particularly, there is no choice or time to stop !!
In cases where unfortunately bones have been broken, I can also help improve overall structural balance away from the break to help ease the stress on recovery so the bone heals into balance and can improve recovery times.
ConTact C.A.R.E was developed here in NZ by a kiwi farmer Dale Speedy of Ngatea, and it has helped many farmers and farming partners all over the surrounding areas to be able to work more efficiently and effectively by restoring movement and function and therefore reducing pain and discomfort from the body.
I was trained exclusively by Dale in the ConTact C.A.R.E flinchlock release phenomenon, and it helped me myself, amongst other things, make a full pain-free recovery from a broken back over 10 years ago following a surgical spinal fusion proceedure with no further back issues using ConTact C.A.R.E exclusively as a post-op treatment.
ConTact C.A.R.E treatments will not interfere with your day to day obligations as in most cases you can return to work duties as soon as you get home and feel an immediate change.

My partner Ashley Robertson , also a former dairy farmer, works alongside me in my ConTact C.A.R.E practice. She is experienced with all types of treatments but has a special interest in animals and has much experience treating her own cows and calves over the past several years with great results.

Scouring or unco-ordinated calves who struggle to drink well or stand with balance and move, or just poor doers, also respond extremely well to ConTact C.A.R.E.
