For patients with intestinal failure, gastrointestinal contents may leave the proximal intestine before passing through the remaining intestine.

Chyme reinfusion returns these contents to the distal intestine, helping to restore intestinal continuity and allowing it to participate again in digestion and absorption.

This represents an important step toward long-term reimbursement and broader access to chyme reinfusion therapy for patients with type II intestinal failure in France.

When Chyme Reinfusion is hygienic, simple, and easy to manage, it can fit more naturally into everyday life. Even something as ordinary as preparing dinner can continue with confidence and less disruption.
