EIKANCE low-dose atropine eye drops are now available in New Zealand.

The prescription-only medicine, supplied by Aspen Pharma, is dispensed through NZ pharmacies in three concentrations — giving optometrists and ophthalmologists more flexibility when managing myopia progression in children. The single-use, preservative-free formulation is designed for paediatric use.

If you have concerns about a child's worsening myopia (short-sightedness), speak with your eyecare professional about whether low-dose atropine may be an appropriate option.
