Ginera Linton Inspiring people with competing time pressures to achieve their lifestyle aspirations so they LIVE ALIVE: happy, healthy & vital

“Like a lawyer looks after your legal health or an accountant looks after your fiscal health, I look after your physical health.”

Together we will ensure your time with me is an invaluable investment toward your long-term health. I provide movement and wellness solutions to encourage health as a habit rather than a hobby. I draw on over 20 years of professional experience and take a holistic approach to guide and inspire people to a happier, healthier and more vital well-being. I guide and inspire people who:
• Are busy and have competing time pressures
• Roll between tired and exhausted;
• Lack support, inspiration and motivation to guide them to a place of better health;
• Feel frustrated that their previous efforts were un-sustainable and yielded a short-term result.
• Want to feel better about themselves, their confidence and movement capabilities;
• Are prepared to prioritise taking charge of their health. Please reach out to me when you are ready to make amazing changes to your movement, health and happiness.

Your feet are one of the body's richest sources of information about the environment around you.

But wearing shoes all day, every day, can reduce that valuable sensory input.

If we want to stay active as we age, rather than become increasingly hampered by our bodies, our feet deserve some investment too.

Just 90 sec to 3 minutes a day can be a worthwhile investment in your future movement.

Prehab is cheaper than rehab.
Less time.
Less money.
Less energy.

Here’s one simple, practical solution for happier, healthier feet.

When life gets fuller, self-care is often the first thing we drop.

Less movement.
More sitting.
More takeaway.

Before we know it, we can feel tired, heavy & not quite ourselves.

What I’ve learned through navigating perimenopause & 8 months into marriage separation is this:

When life is changing and challenging, that’s when we need to lean into the things that allow us to feel good - not step away from them.

Movement.
Nourishing food.
Sleep.
Time to breathe.

The next time life feels full, I invite you to keep looking after YOU too.

Because your wellbeing matters too 💚

1️⃣ Restore The Core:
Practical Progressions For Confident Coaching

If your clients are still experiencing back pain despite regular “core work,” it may be time to upgrade your approach.

This practical, interactive workshop is designed for experienced coaches ready to move beyond planks, crunches, and generic programming.

You’ll refresh your core stability repertoire through Pilates, Animal Flow, and functionally driven progressions that transfer to real-world movement.

Expect to get off the floor and into coaching - refining your cueing, layering progressions, and adapting exercises across 1:1, group, and online settings.

2️⃣ Brand Building Essentials:
Stop Blending In & Start Charging Your Worth

Is the market saturated - or are too many coaches simply blending in?

In this practical, interactive workshop, coaches will define the core elements of their brand, including their vision, mission, purpose, tagline, and title.

Participants will begin shaping a brand that clearly communicates who they are, what they do, and how they do it, so it feels aligned, authentic, and commercially effective.

With clarity comes the confidence to differentiate, communicate value, and charge your worth.

2️⃣ Ground To Standing:
Training For Real World Coaching

The pandemic reminded us that great coaching isn’t dependent on equipment or a gym floor. Experienced coaches are increasingly seeking confidence and capability to train clients anywhere with simple, effective movement.

In this practical, interactive workshop, we explore integrated ground-to-standing movement that train the body as an interconnected system to create safety within the nervous system, support coordination between body and brain for efficient, resilient movement.
