Chronic and prolonged stress can cause a myriad of conditions including ~

Pain ~ (sometimes chronic)
Fatigue
Brain fog
Insomnia
Decision fatigue
Uncertainty
Anxiety
Irritability
Rage
Sadness
Relationship problems and much more!

I’ve taken countless clients with all of the above through my emotional release process and lessened those symptoms within sometimes only one session!

When you let go of emotions relating to past hurt whether it be arguments, accidents, injury or other trauma everything shifts.

You become less reactive, less stressed, able to function better, make decisions easier and that flows into your health, wellbeing, sleep, parenting, relationships and more.

Which of the above do you most experience under stress?

“We can’t help you” isn’t permission to stop looking for answers.

I can’t even remember how many times I got told “we don’t know what’s wrong with you” or “we can’t help you” when all my chronic pain and fatigue started back in 2017.

Years and years of seeing every type of western and holistic practitioner you can imagine.

Every test, scan, X-ray, MRI, blood check, CT scan and more that could be done got done.

Not one of them asked me did I have any past trauma?

Thankfully I didn’t listen and kept looking for the help I needed and knew I deserved and was strong enough despite my world crumbling to keep on going.

I knew I deserved more and that being in 24/7 chronic pain, unable to hardly walk was not the life I desired.

Enter the mind/body connection to pain and off I ran with it!

I attended a workshop initially then was so intrigued I went on to study emotional body therapy learning how the body holds onto emotions felt during all and any accident, trauma, argument, stressful situation and more.

I processed one very specific traumatic event from my past and my debilitating left hip pain left my body after many years and hasn’t returned.

That among many other things is why I am so passionate about the work I do.

My study over the years has continued to grow and I now offer my emotional body therapy clients such a hugely transformational healing space where we look at all elements of your life, past and present to help you heal and have actionable tasks to continue to move you forward in life.

I’m always looking for ways to improve my life; for myself and my children as well as all those I come in contact with.

Not doing it from a place of “there’s something wrong with me” ~ “I need fixing” but rather from a love/value for personal growth and integrity to be the best version of self I can be.

In recent months I’ve been doing a really specific daily shadow practice, I’ve done loads of shadow work before but this is quite different.

Not only calling myself out on my own BS and the stories I make up or tell myself about others behaviour, but really looking deep at my own patterns and behaviours, what they are, where they come from and dissecting them all.

It takes a lot of humility and bravery to face your own s**t and I truly believe this cannot be done without first healing your past wounds because you’re then not as reactive or operating from a wounded place but from a healed place.

Forever a student of the work. 💫

Grief can show up primarily in the chest, shoulders, upper back, jaw, lungs and throat so it’s important to consider past hurt that may be contributing to your physical pain or dis~ease in that area of the body.

I personally have experienced in the past:

↠ trouble taking deep breathes (chest)
↠ restriction in throat (speaking up)
↠ left shoulder pain (feminine side/unprocessed grief over loss of my mother)

For many years I had trouble with my jaw and couldn’t even open it wide enough to get food in so that’s a potential?

In clients I have seen:
↠ the above three areas (chest/heart, shoulders, jaw) as well as:
↠ stomach ~ a secondary area of body (sick/drop in stomach feeling ~ this often is more to do with shock (perhaps related to hearing the news which you can process too)

I’ve always believed my Nana died of a “broken heart” due to the grief of losing my Pop/her life long love and she too had chest/heart concerns after he passed away.

Once we work on processing the emotions around the grief and loss; more often than not the physical symptom reduces or disappears completely.

Are you experiencing physical symptoms that when you read this you get an intuitive hit or feeling it may be grief related?

I can help you work through this using my emotional release technique. Drop RELEASE in the comments and I’ll let you know options of how you can work with me.

Our body’s want to heal and let go; sometimes they just need a bit of a helping hand to do so.

Being able to help your children navigate their big emotions whilst managing your own can be so tricky!

You’re just trying to hold yourself together as they fall apart.

They’re crying, angry, yelling or upset and so are you or you want to be!

So how do you calmly navigate this as parents....

↠ You need to have a regulated nervous system that allows you to be able to hold space for them without crumbling yourself.

↠ You need to have worked on your own past wounds so that you are not triggered by theirs.

↠ You need to be able to openly discuss with them what they are experiencing, why and how to safely navigate it. (We can only do this with the above two FYI)

↠ You need to be able to teach and show them how to safely and calmly express their emotions, all of them, the big and small!

↠ You need to heal anything that is sitting within them emotionally that is not theirs to carry, i.e. your own past trauma or that of those that have gone before you....aka generational trauma.

I teach my parent clients how to do ALL of this inside my emotional body therapy container.

My children are becoming masters at this and navigating big emotions and have been from since they were just 9+11.

We do it together, we do it apart.
I went first. They followed.

They know when they need to go and scream, yell, punch a pillow or cry and more often that not they go off and do it alone; especially my eldest boy.

Do you need to master your own emotions to help your children with theirs?

Drop a YES below if you’d love to get more info on how you can work with me.

Sending love to all the parents riding this wave! xx

The real reason nobody talks about their own rage and anger is that.....

↠ Society has led us to believe anger/rage are bad emotions and shouldn’t be shown.

↠ They are embarrassed to admit they have these emotions.

↠ They don’t understand where they come from or why they have these feelings....it all happens so quick!

↠ They are scared to admit they need help.

Did you know that outbursts of anger/rage are often a mask for deep heartache and sadness?

So once you release the anger, you can access and heal the sadness and heartache.

The main emotion I showed when all hell broke loose and my past trauma caught up with me as I turned 40 was rage/anger.

At nothing most of the time! It was just random outbursts I couldn’t control and didn’t understand.

Thankfully it didn’t last for long and I knew something wasn’t right as it was out of character for me.

My throat would restrict, my chest would tighten like I was having a heart attack.

Under it all was a deep heartache and sadness for all that I had lost, not just my mother to cancer but lost childhood, lost teen years, lost adult years and more.

Many of my clients present with anger/rage and most are embarrassed to admit it.

They all feel it in their chests/throats and we sit and allow those physical sensations to show us what needs to be released and healed then get to work.

Don’t beat yourself up if you are experiencing unexplained outburst of anger or rage.

Your emotional body is just at capacity and can’t take any more and needs some help.

Reach out if you’d like to know more about working with me to heal your anger/rage/heartache/sadness.

Truly sitting with your emotions and not trying to move out of the discomfort takes…

Compassion
Patience
Stillness
Quietness
Discipline
Persistence

And more but those are the key ones.

The compassion for yourself to get curious about where the underlying root wound is that caused the uncomfortable emotion.

The patience to sit there time and time again, and not taking yourself out of the stillness with an action, ie: movement/journaling/breath work etc ~ all of these are very supportive but first you need stillness to listen to your mind and body’s wisdom and messages.

Quietness to not be distracted by external factors.

The discipline and persistence to do it over and over again, maybe even daily until you are able to get to the bottom of what the perhaps uncomfortable emotion wants to tell you.

You have to be in it for the long game.
There’s no quick fixes here.

If you need support to work through this please reach out and I’d be happy to chat through options. 👏🏾

You can only suppress old emotional wounds and trauma for so long before it catches up with you.

It’ll catch up in the form of illness, disease, unwanted emotional behaviours.

It rarely skips out on anyone so why would you be any different?

The vast majority of you that have experienced childhood trauma or any shape of distress, big or small, will have it show up somewhere around the age of 40 if not dealt with prior.

It’s a statistic not a made up fact.

Why wait until you’re close to that age for your life to fall apart?

If you know you’ve been through anything in the past and are unsure if you’re holding any emotional charge to it, message me and I’ll send you a quick 5 min or less voice note to check.

Totally free; no obligation to work with me; I just would love you to know if there’s anything you need to work on.

Love and light; always. 🤎

You don’t need more information.
You need more implementation.

But here’s what most people miss…

You can’t embody a new way of being
while your body is still holding onto the old emotional charge.

Reading the book isn’t the work.
Understanding your patterns isn’t the work.
Talking about it isn’t the work.

And neither is releasing it once.

The work is:
→ feeling what’s still stored in your body
→ allowing the emotion to actually move through
→ creating safety in your nervous system
→ choosing a new response in real time and making all of this part of your daily life.

This is integration.

Because if the emotion stays stuck…
you will keep defaulting to the same reactions
no matter how much you know.

Once doesn’t shift a lifetime of stored emotion.
Repetition does.
Safety does.
Embodiment does.

This is why healing isn’t a one-off release.
It’s a daily relationship with your body.

So if you feel like you’re “doing the work” but nothing’s changing—

Ask yourself:

Am I just understanding it…
or am I actually releasing, integrating, and embodying it?

Because real change happens
when the body is no longer carrying the past.

Are you ready? Let’s go! 🚀
Comment READY below and I’ll message you details on how we can get started with emotional release work.
