Getting breastfeeding advice before you start breastfeeding can increase your chances of a smoother journey. Breastfeeding is like riding a bike, it takes time to master for both baby and parent.

We're meeting up again this Thursday 10th September at the Tawa Plunket Rooms, 6 Linden Ave, Tawa. We'll be there from 1pm till 2.30pm.
Come along to talk about life with a new baby - get support, information, feel free to ask any questions, or just chat. We are here no matter where you are at - pregnant, breastfeeding, mixed-feeding, weaning - or anywhere in between. Support people are welcome.
We will have afternoon tea and a small library to browse or borrow.

One of my passions is learning. So when new opportunity come along I tend to take them. Last week I attended a lunchtime presentation on Autism in the Perinatal Period.

I love that sensation when suddenly something clicks and I can see or understand more clearly. That presentation had one of those moments for me.
