We’re taking a short pause this Easter weekend 🐣✨

Rimu Chiropractic Studio will be closed so our team can spend some well-deserved time with family and loved ones. We hope you’re able to do the same … rest, recharge, and enjoy the long weekend.

With the school holidays just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to prioritise your family’s wellness. Book in for a family chiropractic visit, you are all designed to be extraordinary.

Look up at the sky today Kapiti!

Walking works. Research consistently shows that regular walking benefits both our physical and mental health. Studies have found that people who walk for about 20 minutes, five times per week, take on average 43% fewer sick days than those who do not move regularly. 🚶‍♂️🌿

March is a great time to refresh our movement habits and lock them in before the weather cools off. Walk, dance, bike, stand on one leg to brush your teeth … it’s all movement and it all counts 🕺

This week we celebrate the incredible wāhine who make up the heart of Rimu Chiropractic Studio.

Sunday was International Women’s Day - we recognise the fabulous women on our team who bring compassion, skill, and strength to everything they do. From caring for our patients and supporting families, to creating a welcoming space where our community feels seen, heard, and supported — their impact reaches far beyond the studio walls.

Every day they help people towards moving better, feeling stronger, and living healthier lives. But just as importantly, they help build the sense of connection and care that makes our community special.

We’re so grateful for the dedication, kindness, and expertise these amazing women bring to Rimu Chiropractic Studio.

How is it already February 2026? It felt like the perfect time to reconnect with our extended Rimu Chiro community. After soul-nourishing breaks, we’re back in action and loving hearing all about your sun-soaked surf, summer adventures, and family fun. Here’s to a healthy, happy season ahead! ☀️
