A wonderful day out with some of our Vivid Living Karaka ladies! 🌿

We spent the morning exploring the beautiful Wintergardens in the Auckland Domain, followed by a delicious lunch at the café. To top it all off, we enjoyed a scenic drive home through Cornwall Park.

Our raffle for a hamper of goodies raised $250 for Stroke Aotearoa, with Brian taking home the prize!

We also had the pleasure of welcoming a Community Stroke Navigator who shared important insights on prevention and recognising the signs of stroke — a powerful reminder of how we can all look out for ourselves and those around us.
