“I was told I need filler every year…”

This is one of the most common conversations we have in clinic.

The truth is, dermal filler isn’t as simple as putting more product in every 12 months.

While some fillers are designed to naturally break down within certain timeframes, our approach is always to assess what is actually happening in your tissue before recommending further treatment.

That means looking at:

• Is there still product present?
• Where is the filler sitting?
• Has the area returned to its previous state?
• What product was used previously?
• Is adding more filler actually going to improve the outcome?

Different dermal fillers have different properties. Their composition, cross linking, and behaviour within the tissue can vary significantly.

This is why a “yearly filler appointment” isn’t a one size fits all rule.

At Bezar, we believe in treating based on assessment, not a calendar.

Sometimes the right decision is more treatment.

Sometimes it’s waiting.

One chapter closes. Another begins.

Today is my last day at the Pauls Road clinic.

It's bittersweet to close the door on a space that's been home to so many conversations, milestones, and incredible clients. I'm so grateful to everyone who has trusted me to be part of their journey.

But growth often means embracing change.

This next chapter gives Bezar the opportunity to grow into an even bigger vision, in an extraordinary space created for the women of Marlborough. I can't wait to welcome you and continue building something truly special together.

What people don't understand about skincare...

It's not just about what's on the ingredient list.

Not all under-eyes can be treated with dermal filler — and not all under-eyes should be treated with dermal filler.

The under-eye area is structurally complex, with delicate skin quality, underlying mid-face support, and overall facial anatomy all needing to be considered. Patient selection and treatment strategy are critical in achieving appropriate outcomes.

This is a recent before and after following a Sunekos treatment protocol, using one vial over a structured treatment course of two treatments.

These images are taken several weeks post-treatment, showing changes in skin quality in the treated area.

Sunekos is an injectable medical device used in clinical practice to support skin quality and the appearance of lines, folds, and texture changes in the treated area.
