Last year, I attended a 6-day Myofascial Release course in Christchurch that truly changed my perception of the human body and how amazing this technique is.

During the course, I experienced a noticeable improvement in my shoulder, which I have been treating for the past four years.
It’s amazing to have listening hands that allow your body to feel safe and secure enough to release tension.
