Welcome to the Strength Culture team, Matt! 💪

Some of you will have already met Matt, and we’re excited to announce that he’s now part of the Strength Culture team — bringing The Sports Clinic to Richmond.

Matt has a wealth of experience helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and get back to performing at their best, whether that’s in the gym, on the sporting field, or simply in everyday life.

If you see Matt around the gym, make sure you introduce yourself and give him a warm Strength Culture welcome! 👋

We’re stoked to have you on board, Matt!

RX Health Physiotherapy Update❕

This will be the last week for the RX Physio team in the Strength Culture space as they move into a bigger space to continue growing 👋🏼😢

We’ve absolutely LOVED having them as part of the Strength Culture environment and have learnt so much from working alongside them. Their next move is an exciting step that will allow them to grow their team, to continue to support more people, and build on the incredible work they already do.

While we’ll definitely miss having them around day-to-day, we will continue to work closely together, refer between each other, and support our members with the same collaborative approach we’ve built over the past two years.

A huge thank you to Luke, Lou and Millie for everything you’ve brought to our space, our members and our community over the past 2+ years. We’re excited to see your business continue to grow 👏🏼🎉

EQUIPMENT TIP TUESDAY 💡
(Yes, I know it’s Thursday 🤫)

Today’s piece of kit, the Adjustable Split Squat Stand.

If Bulgarian Split Squats are going to make you question your entire existence on leg day… your back foot might as well be comfortable 😵‍💫🤷🏼‍♀️

Pros: Adjustable height, more stable than balancing your foot on a bench, easier setup.
Cons: Still doesn’t make Bulgarians enjoyable 🙃

Tip: Set the stand around knee height so your rear foot sits comfortably without turning your hip flexors inside out 😵‍💫
