It’s been a while since I posted any updates. Ever since I moved into my home based clinic 3 months ago I’ve been flat out busy, so thank you to everyone who has come along and supported me during the transition from my office at Illinois Drive to my now at home clinic.

This week and next week I have quite a few availabilities still up for grabs, so why not check and see if there’s a time that suits you to get your body back in shape if it’s been feeling a bit beaten and battered lately!
