Week one - For Her Reintegratjon program.

This cohort we have 16 wāhine and we began exploring the labels we carry.

It’s a powerful exercise to look at the way the past experiences have shaped our worldview of self.

From here we get to choose who we become.

Common themes across this new cohort was feeling a sense of disconnection from purpose and I’m excited to see how we can support these wāhine back to confidence.
