These past four days have been nothing short of transformative. Through the sacred practice of mirimiri and the deep journey of healing, I’ve experienced such beauty, connection, and growth. Each moment felt like a gentle reminder to slow down, to listen—to myself, to my body, to the world around me.

Mirimiri has a way of uncovering the layers we didn't even know we carried, inviting us to release, to restore, to return to our essence. There’s something so humbling about being cared for and held in a space of healing. It’s a reminder that true strength comes from vulnerability, from allowing ourselves to feel and be nurtured.

Today, I hold immense gratitude in my heart—for the healing, the wisdom, and the beauty of the journey. Here's to the ongoing process of grounding, growing, and glowing

Kia ora, my name is Kristal Te Arihi Kingi. I am a mama of 12 tamariki (My eldest turning 26 and my youngest is 8 months old) and I am a Nan of 4 mokopuna. I am a Rongoā Practitioner Healer and I am passionate about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through the healing arts of Rongoā Māori and Mirimiri. Drawing upon the ancient wisdom of our tūpuna (ancestors), I craft handmade Rongoā soaps/oils/panipani/Wairakau infused with native plant extracts to bring the essence of Aotearoa into every moment of self-care. Each Rongoa made is a tribute to the natural world, created with love, intention, and respect for the land.

Through Mirimiri, I offer traditional Māori massage, focusing on restoring balance, releasing tension, and connecting you to your wairua (spirit). My practice is guided by tikanga (customs) and aroha (compassion), ensuring a safe and holistic experience for everyone I work with.
