➡️ Egypt Keys of the Nile Retreat from 11-22 October 2026 - Only a few more spots available.

I keep looking at this and thinking, we’re actually doing this.

In less than a month, I’ll be in Egypt with a group of incredible humans, travelling through places I’ve spent so much time connecting with energetically.

But this time we get to stand there.

To put our feet on the ground at Giza.

To be in front of the Sphinx and have our hearts expand feeling the energy meet us.

To see it with our own eyes.

To watch the sun disappear over the desert.

We’re sailing down the Nile on a dahabiya.

No rushing. No trying to cram Egypt into a checklist.

Just waking up on the Nile, eating together, laughing together, having conversations that go somewhere, doing our energy work and teachings, and giving ourselves enough space to actually take in where we are.

I know there will be moments I haven’t planned for.

They’re usually the best ones.

The unexpected conversation.
The place that affects you more than you thought it would.
The laughter and sharing amongst new found friends.
The moment everyone goes quiet because something just shifted.

That’s the part of the holding space that I love.

You can create the itinerary, but you can’t manufacture what happens when the right people come together in the right place at the right time.

11–22 October 2026.

Egypt. The Nile. Ancient temples. Desert skies. A dahabiya. A whole lot of exploring, remembering and probably a little bit of magic we can’t plan for.

There is still time to come with us.

Bloody heck! This year has honestly been the biggest roller coaster.

It’s been one of those hold on, grip tight, here we go kind of rides!

Because when life throws you around a few unexpected corners, sends you climbing towards something new and then suddenly drops you into the unknown, you have a choice.

You can spend the whole ride gripping the safety bar, wishing it would slow down

Or you can throw your hands in the air, feel the wind on your face and trust the ride.

Because maybe the twists and turns aren’t here to derail you.

Maybe they’re here to move you.

To evolve you.

To show you what you’re capable of. How strong you are and how being vulnerable actually builds you in ways you could have never imagined.

To take you beyond the version of yourself that could only see life from where you were standing before.

I’ve realised that evolution rarely moves in a perfectly straight line. Sometimes it looks like change, like losing the people you love, dealing with grief whilst still embracing life. Sometimes it looks like uncertainty. Sometimes a complete redirection you never saw coming.

And sometimes you don’t fully understand in the moment why things happen all at once, why it happens the way it does, why you had to take that particular turn until you’re far enough along to look back and see how perfectly it moved you forward and how beautifully it shaped you.

At each turn, I’m opening my arms a little wider.

Trusting myself a little deeper. Growing stronger, even whilst holding space for the pain of grief to flow through.

Looking forward instead of backwards.

And saying

Okay life, show me what’s next. I’m grateful for all that I am and all that I have.

Because if this year has taught me anything, it’s that some of our greatest expansions begin the moment we stop gripping so tightly and allow ourselves to enjoy the ride.

Here’s to the next chapter.

Higher. Wiser. Freer.

And ready for whatever beautiful evolution comes next.

Because you came here for these times!

The colours around the Sun today are incredible. 🌈☀️

As we experience what I feel is a huge influx of light and energy from the Central Sun, we may notice these beautiful rainbow halos appearing in the sky, reminding us just how much light is moving through our world right now.

Scientifically, these colours can form as sunlight interacts with tiny water droplets, ice crystals and particles in the atmosphere, separating the light into its different wavelengths.

Energetically, I see it as a beautiful reflection of illumination, expansion and the increasing frequencies of light we are learning to receive and embody.

So much light is moving through.
Breathe it in. Receive it. Let it illuminate you. ☀️🌈✨
