This Planning Ahead Month come along to Advance Care Planning Workshop by Nelson Marlborough Primary Health.

It's all about thinking ahead, talking with your whānau and healthcare team, and making decisions about the care you want if you are unable to speak for yourself. Learn more about what advanced care planning is, work through a tailored guide, and capture what matters most to you should you become unwell and unable to speak for yourself.

As part of Planning Ahead Month, we're hosting free drop-in sessions! The team from Atkinson Crehan Law will be volunteering their time to answer general questions about wills and estate planning on Mon 7th Sept 1pm - 2:30pm. Atkinson Crehan Law - Ask a Lawyer at Hospice - Free Drop In

Whether you're looking for guidance, want to better understand your options, or simply need help taking that first step, this informal session is a great place to start.

💚 Plus, Atkinson Crehan Law, Pitt&Moore and Senior Law are generously supporting Nelson Tasman Hospice by donating $50 for every new will signed during September, helping ensure specialist palliative care remains available, free of charge, to local patients and their families.
