We’re excited to share that we’re now stocking the Move Well book 🙌

After meeting the incredible Sharon Lightfoot-Pound, we knew this was something we wanted to bring into the clinic. Her approach to movement, education, and helping people understand their bodies aligns perfectly with what we do every day.
