Restorative yoga suits midwinter perfectly. As daylight shortens and energy naturally dips, this slow, supported practice honours your body's instinct to rest rather than push. Long-held poses with props ease stiff, cold muscles, calm the nervous system, and lower stress hormones. It's gentle self-care that works with winter's stillness, not against it — leaving you replenished rather than depleted.

Saturday 9.30-10.45am
Iyengar Yoga Dynamic - video examples.
This is movement based Iyengar practice, less props, more repeated movements, expect to get your heart rate up and your blood pumping.
Cost $24 casual or $21 account

Monday Foundations Class
6-7pm
This is for people who are new to yoga, or wanting a more gentle class. This class will cover all the basics, and prepare you for moving into beginner classes.
Cost $22 casual or 4 classes for $80.

No bookings are required, just arrive 10 minutes before class begins.
