PORTER Lyn. On September 2nd 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at her home in Taupo. In her 80th year. Very dearly loved wife for 63 years of Jim. Much-loved mum and mother-in-law of Carolyn and Lance, Kerry and Darrell, Hellen and Dean, Colin, Trina and Richard, and loved grandmother of her 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend a gathering to celebrate Lyn's life at the family home 112 Richmond Avenue, Taupo, on Saturday, September 5th at 1pm.

Beloved Grandpa to Jack, Amanda, Ralph, Jamie, Eddie, Jono and Emma. A celebration of Pete’s life will be held at St Andrews Anglican Church, Titiraupenga Street, Taupo on Friday 4th September at 11.00am. Dearly loved mother of Christopher and Stephen, grandmother of Amy, Ralph, Sam and Te Awanui, their spouses, Ruth, Kiri, Scott, Claire and Hayleigh, and great-grandmother of James and Madeline, Zippora and Cove, Joshua and Timothy.

A “Time of Remembrance” for Pauline is being held during the 10am Sunday morning service followed by a special morning tea at St Andrews Church, 91 Titiraupenga Street, Taupo on the on the 23rd August. All are very welcome.

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Friday 7th August 2026, aged 90 years.

Adored husband of Judy (deceased) much loved father of Rick (deceased) and Liane. Loved father-in-law to Richard and grandfather to beloved grandchildren.

Deeply loved, he was a great man. Forever remembered.

The family wishes to extend a huge thank you to the staff and carer's at Wharerangi Rest home. The care and support was outstanding.

In accordance with Barry's wishes a private memorial will be held.
