Little Foot Podiatry is looking for a lovely person to join our administrative team. Podiatry is a health profession where we are trained to assess and treat the health of people's feet, ranging from ingrown and thickened nail treatment, corn/hard skin removal, Diabetic foot care, treating and assessing foot pain and prescribing orthotics (special inserts for footwear). We run a busy clinic in Thames and have multiple satellite clinics that our Podiatrists travel to.
The administrative role includes but is not limited to the following duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, data entry, general cleaning duties, cleaning/sterilising instruments, answering/making phone calls, assisting clients with shoe selection and supporting our wonderful existing administrative staff. Training will be provided. Familiarity with using a computer/Microsoft, having an eye for detail and a warm disposition towards our lovely clients and staff are all ideal qualities for the applicant to have. The role would be flexible/part time, 3-5 days a week, normally between the hours of 9:30 and 2pm, based at our main clinic in Thames, 721 Pollen Street. Ideally the applicant would be able to offer additional hours in the event that our other administrative staff need to take leave.
