Such a beautiful day outside today which reminded me of something a client mentioned recently. They were going to get a small amount of their pets ashes beautifully presented in a unique glass memorial.
The stunning artwork that Hokitika Glass Studio create is worth remembering if in the future you wish to utilize such beauty and memories.

A local talented artist kindly supplied me with an example of his work recently. Karl (0279516658) can design and incorporate items of sentimentality for example, a piece of driftwood you or your dog found when out enjoying time together or anything else of value and remembrance for your beloved pets.
Highly recommend him and his use of beautiful native NZ wood.

I take this opportunity to give thanks to all the wonderful people and their loved pets that I've cared for. You are all so special.
I am closing for business over the xmas/new year period but reopening on the 5th Jan 2026.
Unfortunately for some they may experience loss over this time but we have some of the best Veterinary care practices locally that will help you in your time of need.

Beautiful Eika, was so loved and special in life for her family. What absolutely amazed me, was to be privileged enough to see in person, the most exquisite, intricate designed urn for their beloved dog. This was all made by a family member whose artistic talents are unbelievable. If you look closely you can see the cabbage tree leaf and small pinecones that were an important part of Eika's life. All this made from wood here locally in South Canterbury. Totally special.

Some of us declare when we've lost our precious pet, that they're never going to go through the heartbreak again of losing another by not allowing themselves to love again. I've said it myself, but what I didn't know was that a new life in your life did heal most of the heartbreak. Sometimes we just don't know what's good for us yet others do.
So I just want to share of meeting some beautiful wee pups that are for sale locally. They are Bichon Maltese X and just gorgeous.
