We brought the ole Chev home from Invercargill after covering Jet boat racing on the Oreti River over the weekend. Stunning weather while we're down there but a different story coming home on Sunday. A bit of snow Tapanui to Miller's Flat and then again going home via Ranfurly as Chains required to go over the Lindis Pass.
What a beautiful trip though. Stopped at Edievale where I lived as a child and snow used to be every winter with closed roads and Mr McPherson out grading the roads with the grader.
Memories and my ole Chevy to share with.
Josef following with the Ssangyong Rhino behind me all the way
