🌹 Some of what I feel quite passionate about within my work~
- Nervous System support, recalibration for stress and anxiety, re-remembering what it feels like to be deeply relaxed, nurtured and restored for deeper healing.
- Hapūtanga massage and energy work ~ pre-conception, pregnancy, birthing preparation, post-natal. I work with māmā and the soul of pēpi, supported by rongoā and aromatherapy.
- Caring for LGBTQIA+ folks and their growing whānau. I love supporting q***r people in their steps to growing whānau & would love to see more q***r families in Tāmaki Makaurau.
- Womb Healing - for connecting in deeper to your wharetangata, a power centre ~ we all have an 'etheric womb' as well as a physical womb, a creative space where dreams are seeded, and where incoming souls work for pre-conception occurs.
Womb Healing can also be helpful for those who have had a hysterectomy to work with the etheric womb and surrounding organs to heal, be nourished and harmonize.
- The plant realm and all its healing ~ Rongoā native plant oils, essential oils from around the world and herbal essences, tinctures and elixirs.
The plants, fungi and trees are beings in and of themselves. They are each healers and teachers, that we can both learn from, and work with our own healing through connecting with them.
