June classes are on every Thursday evening and every Saturday morning throughout the month.
We'll take a closer look at KNEES - each joint stuck between the two longest bones in the body and having to be both strong and flexible. How are they designed to cope with this contradiction and how can we prepare our body for these challenges and reduce the chance of knee issues?
Each session will still be a full body movement class, combining Yoga, Pilates and Franklin Method insights.
