“Rejuvenate my innards and giblets and make my pelvic floor 22 again!” 😂

We LOVE a client who tells it like it is! 🙌

Our TeslaChair client was having a little fun during her treatment — but she’s also spot on about one thing… it’s a whole lot easier than doing Kegels! 😉

The TeslaChair uses powerful functional magnetic stimulation to activate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles — all while you’re fully clothed, sitting comfortably in the chair.

✨ No un******ng
✨ No needles
✨ No downtime
✨ And, as she says… it actually feels quite good!

A great option for women and men wanting to support pelvic floor strength, bladder control and overall pelvic health.

And who wouldn’t want a pelvic floor that feels 22 again? 😂

Pop in, sit down, relax… and let the chair do the work. 💪

The secret’s out… Coming to the Lab very soon is the latest tool in wellness and longevity.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), so I thought I’d share a little more about the technology we’ll be offering at The Lab.

Our medical-grade HBOT system is manufactured by IBEX Medical, one of the world’s leading hyperbaric chamber providers used in hospitals internationally. Unlike many wellness-focused chambers, this system is capable of delivering 100% oxygen at pressures of up to 2.5 ATA under medical supervision.

HBOT works by increasing the amount of oxygen dissolved into the bloodstream and tissues, which supports healing, recovery, tissue repair, inflammation management, and cellular regeneration.

One thing many people don’t realise is that not all hyperbaric chambers are created equal. Chamber pressure, oxygen concentration, safety standards, and medical oversight can vary significantly between providers.

At The Lab, all medical HBOT treatments are provided under the guidance of trained health professionals, with a comprehensive medical consultation and assessment required before treatment.

If you’re curious about whether HBOT may be suitable for your health, recovery, injury rehabilitation, or wellness goals, feel free to contact us at the Lab, and we’ll be happy to advise you further.

What makes aFMS technology different?
Advanced Functional Magnetic Stimulation works beneath the surface, targeting the neuromuscular system to activate the nerves responsible for muscle contraction.
With aFMS, muscle stimulation can:
✅ Maintain consistent contractions throughout the session
✅ Stimulate large muscle groups evenly
✅ Work without direct skin contact or heat
aFMS is a non-invasive medical technology designed to support muscle strengthening and body shaping in a clinical setting.
