I am offering 3 classes per week with a wee break over Christmas.

Very excited to be part of this next week 💚

Kia ora NBA whanau,

We are so excited to be able to host a special event for our Junior & Development classes (both boys & girls) during the first week of school holidays, on Tuesday October 5th!

This event will have a Wellness/Wellbeing Focus, and we hope everyone who attends will come away from the event with a few extra tools in their mental health basket 😊

We have Kirsty from Everybodyyoganz coming in to led us through a yoga class, a session on journaling & goal-setting, and we will also be making some delicious, healthy kai together.

The day will finish off with a HIIT session at F45 Training - and yes, even your coaches will be joining in!

Notices will be heading home today and tomorrow, and we'll send an email out to parents with more info!
