Organic Mechanic serves to bring men's wellbeing and brotherhood to the forefront of our community as a medium for collective healing, initiation, and collective transformation. This online group serves as a place to connect and share in between seasonal/bi-monthly events at the time of Rākaunui (full moon). Our events focus on creating a safe container for men to connect, listen, share and learn

through cultural connection, healthy masculine energy, elder wisdom, and physical space where men can lean into their edge as we reckon as a collective with what lies within. Utilizing various processes and healing modalities such as breathwork, yoga, movement, sound healing, circles & more, we aim to address a holistic view of hauora/wellbeing (spiritual, physical, mental & emotional, social), in order to journey through our collective challenges towards understanding. In a time of increased isolation, systemic racism/oppression, and environmental violation, the call to create a space for men to share their emotions and feelings has never been clearer.

Bringing together the BROS community in Auckland - we’re gathering at the time of Winter solstice, the shortest day of the year in the wilderness of West Auckland for an adventure immersed in nature & brotherhood.

Join us for a series of experiences designed to clear the mind, reinvigorate the body, and ground/connect you with the healing power of nature.

Facilitated by BROS co-founder Graedon Parker and the BROS Leadership community.

Sat 20th June 2026, 9am - 1pm

WHAT TO EXPECT
- 3-4 hours of adventure, brotherhood and vitality
- Re-invigoration of self
- Honest conversations
- Men’s circle
- Time in lush native bush & magnetic sand
- Space to remember who you are

- Bring your own backpack or share one with a bro
- Prepare for all weather (rainjacket, warm clothes)

There’s a quiet crisis moving through men right now. This “crisis” can look simply like a man going to work.

Coming home.
Scrolling.
Sleeping.
Repeat.

It looks like “I’m good mate, just busy.”

It looks like a man who has hundreds of contacts in his phone and no one he could call at 11pm on a Tuesday when something inside him is breaking.

Most men today are leaning on one person for everything emotional - their partner.

And when that’s not enough, there’s nowhere to go.

So we go quiet.
We perform fine.
We perform strong.

But a man was not built to carry it alone.

The data on this is brutal. Men are 3-4 times more likely to die by su***de. The leading cause of death for men under 50 in many countries.

Most don’t see it coming.
Their mates don’t see it coming.
Their partners don’t see it coming.

Because he was performing strong right up until he couldn’t.

This is why brotherhood is medicine.

Not because circles fix you - they don’t.

But because something in a man begins to soften when another man nods and says “yeah, me too” - and means it.

Belonging is not a bonus. It’s a need. As primal as food, sleep, and movement.

Whether she was soft or hard.
Present or absent.
Loving or cold.
Here, or gone too soon.

She shaped the way you love.

The way you trust.
The way you receive.

The way you show up for every woman who came after.

Partner.
Daughter.
Sister.
Friend.

Most men never name this.

They carry it in patterns that keep returning, like reactions that come from somewhere deeper than the moment. From a story written before they had the words.

And stories can be rewritten.

This July, we're gathering in Whaingaroa for three days. Fire. Bush. Brotherhood. Ceremony. Held by elders who have walked this path themselves.

We're hosting the BROS kaupapa at one of the dopest wellbeing festivals of the year - Sauna Fest 2026.

Set in the Top 10 Holiday Park next to Lake Tikitapu, Rotorua - Sauna fest is a celebration of all things sauna - wellbeing, community & longevity.

With food stalls, workshops, yoga, nature walks, live music from the brother Casual Healing and 14+ different saunas from the nationwide network, it's an experience for the whole whānau.

Join Graedon, Billy and the BROS crew for a workshop in brotherhood connection & vitality on Saturday 12pm in the Earth Zone.

The Masculine Vitality Experience 2026 - four days of brotherhood, connection & challenge.

With the power of 30 men, we built an entire bush trail, dove to emotional depths, purified in the sweat lodge, drummed with the rhythms of the night, and faced the fire in another man in the boxing ring.

Nourishing kai from Mangaroa Farms and our Kai Kings kept us well fed, and the guidance of our Elders steered us true.

In the new age of "men's work" - we see men not necessarily struggling with emotion, but struggling with the power that lies beneath.

Many men are reading, talking, processing - doing the work.

And still… something feels off.

Because much of "men’s work" skips the primal base layer.

Insight before instinct.
Words before body.
Softness before strength.

This is where the new age of "men getting vulnerable" can just be a sop-hole - if they don't also "get connected to their strength".

Without a lived connection to the primal essence
a man can feel like he understands himself deeply -
and still feel unsteady inside it.

The primal and the divine.
The raw, ugly power.
And the clean, calm presence.

Primal masculine energy lives in the body.
A steady chest. A strong spine.
A presence that is felt before a word is spoken.

It shows up in conflict.
In the heat. In the edge.
In learning to meet confrontation without collapse or explosion.

In learning to hold anger cleanly.
To move rage through the body safely - with breath, with brothers, with clear boundaries.

From here, vulnerability lands.
Words can carry weight.
Love protects.

The warrior in the garden emerges.

The sacred presence of Elders.
A steady, grounding force.

Free of the need to be loud, or performative. Just there, just present. A warm, grey haired face, carrying the wisdom and insight from walking the path many times before.

Elders are the quiet backbone of our circle - reminding us this path didn’t begin with us, and won’t end with us. They carry knowledge through story, silence, mistakes, and grace.

They show leadership with how they listen, reflect, and how they sit with discomfort.

An elder doesn’t come to lead the circle.
He comes to anchor it.

He reminds younger men that fire needs patience, strength needs wisdom, and purpose takes time.

In intergenerational spaces, something powerful unfolds:
• Younger men bring energy and challenge.
• Elders bring perspective and story.

Together, the circle deepens.

Big respect and gratitude to the men who sit with us and quietly guide the way 🔥
