We are having a bit of a different week next week with our yoga classes. As much as we enjoy Vinyasa flow, it's good to try different types of yoga to see which movement feels good for you. Whether you are a regular or a beginner come give some slower mindful asanas.

YOGA WORKSHOP TUESDAY!!
Have you ever been interested in yoga but too anxious because you don't know the poses? Or you already do yoga and want a refresh?
Come to Urenui Community Centre at 5:30pm Tuesday 12th May for an interactive workshop to learn the most commonly used yoga poses. Together we will demonstrate each asana and go over the correct alignments.
$10 entry, bring a yoga mat, water and any blocks or accessories.

Tomorrow is the last Yoga class at the Urenui Community Centre until we resume in the new year. It's at the usual Tuesday time of 5:30pm, Bring your mat and $10 (card accepted)
I am doing some sessions down at the Urenui Beach Camp Hall over the Christmas break!! Here are the times:
27th Dec - 10:00am
30th Dec - 5:30pm
6th Jan - 5:30pm
Then we resume classes back at the Community Centre on the 9th of Jan at 9am.
Hope to see my regulars if they can make it and new faces 🌞

☀️Vinyasa Yoga Classes are now starting this Friday 14th Nov!!☀️
Come to the Urenui Community Centre with your mat and join in. The 1hr classes will be run every Tuesday at 5:30pm and Fridays at 9am. It's $10 per session and I will have concession cards available if you want to pay for classes in advance (5 classes= $45, 10 classes= $90).
Vinyasa Yoga is a faster paced movement that will get the blood flowing and the breath expanding. Welcoming to those new to yoga and those deepening their practice.
