Human Design describes four distinct energy types, with generators and manifestor generators being under the same type.

The Sacral energy types:

Generators and Manifesting Generators are around 70%.
Have a consistent source of energy.

The non Sacral energy types:

Projectors around 20%

Manifestors around 9%

Reflectors around 1%

They do not have a consistent source of energy, so their energy works differently from the Sacral types.

Generators and Manifesting Generators have an open enveloping aura. They are the doers and builders with sustainable energy to respond to life and bring things into form.

Projectors have a focused penetrating aura and are the seers and guides for the energy of others.

Manifestors have a closed repelling aura and are here to initiate set things in motion and bring new ideas and systems into the world.

Reflectors have a resistant sampling aura. They are deeply sensitive to their environment and act as mirrors for the tribe reflecting the state of relationships communities and society around them.

Understanding these differences can offer a completely different perspective on ourselves and on each other.

It's been awhile since I’ve taught and it honestly brings me so much joy to be able to offer this practice to people again.
Yoga is so much more than just what happens on the mat. Its a practice that gives you tools and benefits that flow into all parts of your life.
The breath is such a powerful tool. Learning to connect with it and tap into its rhythm can open you to greater awareness ease and connection.
I’m really looking forward to this next chapter, sharing this profound practice.

The Evolution of Spiritual Practice

Even 20-30 years ago spiritual practice was often associated with monks, nuns, monasteries, nunneries and those who chose a life stepping away from the world.

Today spirituality is more accessible and embodied within everyday life.
The everyday person, not ordinary in value, but the human being living a human life, is becoming empowered to explore their own path of awareness, growth and transformation.

One of our greatest spiritual teachers is relationship. Through our connections with others, we are invited to see our patterns, our shadows and the parts of ourselves that are ready to transform.

Relationships become mirrors and deepen our understanding of ourselves and each other. Transforming non love to love is the greatest and most difficult thing to do in one’s life.
It’s simply that!

Have you ever walked into a room feeling completely fine, then left feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotional or carrying feelings that didn’t seem like yours?

If you have an undefined Emotional Centre (Solar Plexus) in Human Design, this might explain why.

People with an open Emotional Centre don’t create consistent emotional waves of their own. Instead, they’re designed to sense and amplify the emotions of the people around them. You can end up carrying feelings that were never yours to begin with.

Learning this was a complete game changer for me.
For years, I thought it was my job to work through every emotion I felt. But once I understood that I have an open Emotional Centre, I realised so much of what I was carrying wasn’t actually mine. I could simply let it go instead of trying to analyse or fix it.

This doesn’t mean people with an open Emotional Centre don’t have feelings. Of course we do. If something genuinely touches us, we’ll cry. If something is funny, we’ll laugh. We’re human. But when we’re by ourselves and not amplifying other people’s emotions, we’re often naturally calm, clear, and emotionally steady.

People with a defined Emotional Centre are different. They have their own emotional wave that is consistently part of how they experience life.

Understanding your Emotional Centre can completely change the way you relate to your emotions, your relationships, and your decision-making.

The Spleen Centre holds the ancient wisdom of instinct, intuition, and survival.

In Human Design, the Spleen is considered the oldest and most primal centre in the body. It is connected to our instincts, our sense of safety, and the quiet inner knowing that guides us in the present moment.

The Spleen is also where many of our fears are held. But fear itself is not something to be judged or removed — it is a natural part of being human. The wisdom of the Spleen comes from understanding the difference between an instinctive awareness that protects us and fears that keep us small, hesitant, or disconnected from our truth.

When the Spleen is defined (meaning this centre is consistently active in your chart), there may be a more consistent way of experiencing instinct, intuition, and your relationship with fear.

When the Spleen is undefined (meaning you may be more open and sensitive to this energy from others), you may absorb or amplify fears that are not necessarily your own.

Through understanding the Spleen in your chart, we begin to uncover the specific fear patterns that may influence your decisions and your sense of security. Rather than trying to overcome or suppress these fears, Human Design invites us to bring awareness and compassion to them.

As we become aware of these patterns, something begins to shift. Fear no longer has to lead the way. Instead, we create space to respond from a more grounded, intuitive place.

Living with less fear does not mean fear disappears. It means it no longer controls our choices. And when that happens, we can move through life with greater clarity, trust, and alignment with our true path.

Hi everyone 🤍

I’ve got four days left in India after being here for three months.

A lot of people have said, “You must be loving it — what an adventure!” And yes… it has been. But if I’m honest, it’s also been one of the most intense healing journeys I’ve ever walked.

I’m not much of a planner, so there have definitely been some challenging moments. But through it all, I’ve learned some very basic truths about who I am and how I work.

I did 17 days of Panchakarma, and then continued on with another incredible bodyworker. After 20 years of nursing — standing, lifting, giving — my body has a lot to unwind. I’ve now had 16 treatments (will probably be 18 by the time I leave), and I can genuinely say I feel better. Not “fixed.” But better.

I fly out on 25 February at 5:30am Goa time.

Something else that feels important to share… I’ve finally taken the next step with HUMAN DESIGN. It’s something I’ve been drawn to for over 10 years, and I’m now studying it properly. Once I’m settled, I’ll be offering Human Design readings.

For me, human design has been hugely beneficial. It’s practical. Grounded. In some ways scientific. It’s not about psychic predictions — it’s about understanding your conditioning, how you’re wired, and how to come back into alignment with yourself. It’s helped me deeply on my own path, and I’m really grateful I found it.

And here’s the real part — I’m heading home without a house lined up, but I'm looking forward to seeing you all. I will be starting my yoga classes and planning a retreat soon.

So… we’ll see what unfolds.
