I've been working in a governance role for 3 years with the It's time for someone else to have an opportunity to give back to the community through surfing.

30 days of surfing to raise funds to help remote villages get access to
healthcare, clean water, sanitation and food security.

I'm a big fan of the K4 Pod knee brace that JJF wore when returning from ACL surgery and again recently after tweaking it in a warm up session for G-Land.

The brace helps prevent torsional and shear forces on the knee so if you are returning from a higher grade MCL tear or ACL repair this could be a good brace to prevent re-injury (*when combined with excellent rehab).

Gathering of Stoke Longboard Festival 2022 was held yesterday at Gizzy Pipe. Thanks to Tangaroa for giving us epic conditions all day. Amazing level of high quality longboarding on display from all the surfers in the event!
