Solidarity to everyone who’s been told their pain isn’t valid because of their age. 😂
The truth is back pain, hip tightness, and movement dysfunction don’t have an age requirement. I see it in athletes in their 20s just as much as people in their 50s and 60s.
The difference is never the age. It’s almost always the foundation.

Swipe through. How many of these sound like your body? 👀

These are the five most common things I see in people who are already putting in the work. Consistent training, good habits, doing everything right and still something feels off.

In almost every case? Same answer. Same starting point. The pelvis.

Not because it's always a pelvis problem. But because when the pelvis isn't functioning the way it should, everything connected to it compensates. You feel it as tightness on one side, glutes that won't fire, a plateau you can't explain, or just that vague "not quite right" feeling you can't actually put your finger on.

The good news - this is fixable. And you don't need to become an anatomy nerd to do it.

You're training consistently, doing all the right things - and something in your body still feels off. There's a reason for that.

One hip tighter than the other. Glutes that won't switch on no matter how many times you've been told to "squeeze." A core you train constantly that still feels like it's doing absolutely nothing when it counts. Or the same niggling injury, same side, every single time.

These aren't separate random problems. They're your body sending you the same message over and over - the foundation of your movement isn't right.

That foundation is your pelvis. It sits dead centre of your entire movement system and most people who train hard have never once been taught how to actually use it. I know, because I was one of them.
