I’m excited to invite you to a community workshop with Rongoā Māori Practitioner Natasha at Massey Community Hub. Limited spaces available.

Saturday 22nd August 2026

Come along and learn about our traditional plant medicines and the importance of keeping our ancestors rongoā knowledge alive and shared within our communities.

The workshop will include:

💆‍♀️Demonstration of Mirimiri by an ACC Approved Practitioner
☘️ Learn how to make Kūmarahou, Karamū & Kawakawa Wai Rākau
☕ Refreshments provided
