I’ve got this offering coming up in a couple of weeks🤗 I feel like there is a real need for some supportive energy around Perimenopause so if this sounds like you, I’d love to see you💜

🌺I’m in this season myself and will speak to some of the life tips and self care that I do to nurture myself🌺 My hope is that you will leave this couple of hours together feeling supported, motivated and with some practical tips to try💜

Yesterday I delivered a small selection of my products to Twisted Willow in Hawera🤗 If you live down that way drop by and see the lovely Aileen and Antonia, not only do they now have some Naturally Balanced products but they have crystals, incense, paintings and also offer readings and sound healing💫The shop is open Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat, the hours vary so check out their FB page before you visit😊Ps King Edward Park has some lovely trees and gardens to walk around while you are there🌼🌿

Come and learn the foundational teachings of this beautiful, gentle and supportive modality🌿

Level 1 is about tuning in to your own energy, connection to Universal Energy, living the Reiki Principles and creating a daily Self Reiki practice. The foundational teachings are not about becoming a Practitioner or working with others🌼

We will learn hand placements for self treatment, grounding and clearing practices, and receive attunement to Universal Energy⭐️
