A bit of sunlight does magic for the mood, not just because everything looks better or because of the warmth, but also for that extra dose of vitamin D.
Important for immunity, bone strength and the nervous system, a bit of nature's magic.

And, plot twist: a lot of people are deficient. Next time we see you, we can test that for you if you want. Until then, soak up the sun, but don't forget the SPF!
