Story time 🥰 Take it or leave it, might help someone out there dive a little deeper 🤿 into the messages the body is giving.

Also… obvs, aware injuries and illness can be random - but the question I always wonder is ‘why in that part of the body?’

Enjoy - and if anything - go turn your music up and daaaaance 💃🪩 like no one’s watching 👀

Or film it - lol - for your content 🫶

Teal is the Ovarian Cancer ribbon colour…I kinda hope you never need to know about it - BUT being as ostrich and ignoring anything that feels off - also doesn’t serve you.

So my fellow sisters, and misters of all good women - if something seems off - please go get yourself checked. Chat to your GP, don’t be gaslit, chat and continue until you feel satisfied.

I bought these shoes when I was told I could stop chemotherapy.

They’ll forever remind me that I survived that nightmare.

The pop of pink adds fun, love and laughter - because even in the darkest, steroid insomnia, nauseating, bone fatigue, surgical pain recovery - there were still so many moments of love and laughter.

If you’re in the trenches… keep going.
Yeah - fear sits in me sometimes like a spear in my throat, but I also have a deep, deep faith and belief that I will continue to have clear CT scans for the next 5 years.

1 down. 4 to go.

NED (no evidence of disease) feels like the BEST event finish line ever. After marathons, adventure races, bike podium, Hyrox smashes - this is by far the greatest line, and the one that took the absolute most grit.

And know, it’s okay to hold a million emotions at one time.

Sending love to everyone in the hurt locker, or who is holding someone in the hurt locker - lean on your friends and family ###

Most of us spend the day training, working, walking, lifting, sitting… but we rarely give our bodies time to unwind.

Just 5 - 10 minutes of gentle mobility before bed can release built up tension, improve the way your joints move, and help your nervous system settle.

It’s not about becoming more flexible.

It’s about moving well, reducing stiffness, sleeping better, and waking up feeling more like yourself.

Your body works hard for you all day. Give it a few minutes back before you go to sleep.

Dare you to think about it. X
